There are many places on the web to get quality stock images and free stock images. There are only a few that offer free, quality stock images. Here is a list:

Stock Photo Secrets has a collection of free images from different sites.

Photoxpress is part of Fotolia.

Stock.Xchange is part of StockXpert.

Crestock offers a different free photo every day.

iStock offers high quality free downloads, one per category. Free photos are updated weekly while video, vector illustration and audio are updated monthly.

Stockvault has a few free photos if you can find them through all of the advertising.

Morgue File is a bit of a crap shoot. There are good images to be found, but no guarantees.
